  • Improve site security
  • Reduce utility/maintenance costs
  • Meet/exceed 11 AF divert requirements
  • Invest around $50 million by 2023
    • $13 million to repair Hangar (Bldg 160)
      • Roof, Systems, and Doors
    • $20 million for airfield repairs
      • Ramp, Taxiways, Grounding,Lighting
    • $2 million for dorm repairs (Bldg 601)
      • Roof, Systems, and Other repairs
    • $15 million for various projects
      • Fire detection/alarms, Utilities, Aircraft operations support bldgs
  • Transfer no longer needed tenant buildings to current tenants or Bureau of Land Management
