No need for a starter!
In a medium to large bowl mix 2 Tablespoons yeast, 2 Tablespoons sugar, 1 cup of warm water.
Mix these well and let sit for 2-5 minutes to let yeast work.
Add enough flour so that your mixture in sticky, a little bit at a time. Should be like a thick pancake batter.
Cover with tin foil and leave overnight.
In the morning…
Beat in 1 whole egg, add 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar (depending on how sweet you like your sourdoughs), mix together and add in milk to desired consistency you like for pancakes. Not too runny or not too thick.
You are now ready to make sourdoughs!
