Land Use Permit

Paug-Vik owns approximately 128,709 acres of land around King Salmon and Naknek.  Entry upon Paug-Vik land requires the written permission by Paug-Vik.  Permits will be authorized only for subsistence and recreational purposes or professional guiding.  Trappers must secure a Trapping Access Permit prior to any trapping activity.  No other commercial uses are allowed.

Unauthorized use or access of any Paug-Vik land is prohibited, and trespassers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Guides, outfitters recreational users, hunters, anglers, campers, tour operators, photographers, and scientists are encouraged to respect Paug-Vik land and contact Paug-Vik to obtain permission to access its land for any purpose.

Submit this completed application and $500 filing fee payable to Paug-Vik Corporation, PO Box 61, Naknek, Alaska 99663.  Applications without the filing fee will not be reviewed.  Paug-Vik does not guarantee that any request will be granted.

NOTE

If the application is for Commercial use, the applicant must provide a copy of the current license(s) with submittal. If the applicant is a partnership or corporation, the applicant must provide EIN and include a complete listing of all partners and corporate officers, and telephone and mailing addresses.

Applicant acknowledges that the submittal of the application filing fee does not guarantee approval of access to, or intended use of, Paug-Vik land.  The applicant understands that an administrative use fee may be assessed, and that this possible assessment is separate from the non-refundable filing fee.  For example, if lease, easement or permit documents must be prepared or a survey conducted, applicant will be responsible for bearing this cost.
